Your group is split into 'film units' in which every member takes on a role in the creation of their very own short film, documentary or commercial.
The teams themselves choose who will take which role - the director, producer, scriptwriter, actors and so on.
Each team brainstorms an orginal film idea with a little help from us.
Next comes the master classes in scriptwriting, directing, camerawork and art direction run by our team of industry experts.
The teams then have between 2 and 4 hours to shoot their movie, documentary or commercial, which is then handed to our ptrofessional editors to finish. |

The teams then have an hour or two to relax, or can engage in another activity while the editing is carried out
The event climaxes with screening of the films (usually after dinner) and a glitzy awards ceremony where absolutely everyone is nominated for their contribution to the day.

.Any venue of your choice in a location convenient for you and you team.
Normally our clients prefer to book the venues directly but we can help with venue suggestions if required. A good venue will have spacious grounds so the teams can film outdoors, with ideally exclusive use of some areas.
The event needs one large room to hold the whole group for briefing and the gala dinner plus a dedicated lockable room for the equipment and editing. A couple of breakout rooms are always useful as well

All the necessary equipment: digital camera kit - 1 per team, 1 edit suite per two teams. Some appropriate props and costumes, makeup kit, clapperboards, logging sheets and consumables, three or more 'experts' to run the masterclasses, the Oscars and obviously we plan and organise the day for you.

Minimum 6-8, maximum 15. Average of 10-12 mean that everyone gets a decent role within each team. I have a small team, can you do anything for me? Yes, we have lots of options for small teams such as the Mini Film Day which can be run in an afternoon and is suitable for teams as small as 6-8. We can also devise a bespoke event for you to meet the objectives of the day. |

The Film Day package is very flexible and can be adapted to meet almost any budget and schedule.
